Why a private OpenSim grid?

A private OpenSim grid allows you to give your company and/or your online user community it's own home. You have full control of your own virtual world. You can define all rules for your world and it's users. Your OpenSim grid can use it's own domain name and grid web site (have to be bought separately).

This offer consists of all the central grid services you need for a full, private OpenSim grid. These services store all information about users, inventories, assets, groups, messages, etc. All the usual OpenSim features like HyperGrid, money, voice, etc. are supported.

To these central grid services you can connect as many OpenSim regions as you like. The central grid services are automatically scaled up the more regions you add and the more residents you have. We always ensure a top quality experience.

Your grid can be integrated with your grid web site or backoffice systems using various Grid Integration options. This includes creating or updating user account, supporting default appearances, showing the grid map or grid statistics.

Alternatively you can also rent an OpenSim region in OSGrid or a OpenSim standalone region ("mini grid").
